Pooja is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She graduated from the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom with her MSc in Physiotherapy and has done her BSc with specialized honours in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University.
Pooja has gained a lot of clinical experience working in a variety of settings including acute care, musculoskeletal, neurology and cardiorespiratory. She has a passion for providing her patients with evidence-based & patient-focused care to achieve optimal health using a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, patient education and acupuncture/dry needling. She is your go-to for all your musculoskeletal injuries, aches and pain.
Pooja is very passionate about empowering her patients and ensures that they learn plenty of self-management tips and techniques, in addition to providing top-notch hands-on treatment, in order to produce symptom relief and functional restoration as quickly as possible.
Pooja is currently in the process of pursuing her manual therapy levels from the Orthopedic Division of manual therapy.
Outside of the world of physiotherapy, Pooja’s passions include travel, hiking, reading, exercising and spending time with her family and friends.
